Statement → cash flow
Bank Statement Analyzer
A quick read on the period before you open the spreadsheet.
Ready.

Your PDF is processed in memory and discarded after the response. We do not store statements.
What the summary shows
Row count, the statement period, total money out, total money in and net cash flow. The table below the summary lists every transaction so you can check the totals against the statement.
What it does not do
It does not categorize spending, forecast cash flow or give financial advice. It is a parser with a summary, not a budgeting app. For categories and trends, export to Excel or your accounting tool.
Large transactions
Sort the table by amount after export to find the largest payments and deposits in the period. The preview keeps the original descriptions so you can identify them.
Review the period
Check the first and last dates and the opening/closing balance. A missing page changes the totals; the page count in the response helps you spot that.
Questions
Does it categorize transactions?
No. It returns the statement rows and totals. Categorize in Excel or your accounting software.
Can I export the analyzed rows?
Yes. XLSX, CSV, QBO, Xero CSV and Tally XML.
Is this financial advice?
No. It is a data-extraction tool. Review the numbers before making decisions.
What if the PDF is a scan?
