In-memory by default
Privacy and financial data
Statements are processed for the request and not stored.
What we process
When you upload a PDF, the file is sent to the conversion endpoint, parsed in memory, and returned as rows or a download. Stmt2Sheet does not write the statement to a database, object store or file system.
Cookies
The trial uses a signed s2s_trial cookie that stores a page count and an HMAC signature. It does not contain the statement, the transactions or your file name. The cookie expires after 30 days.
Logs and hosting
Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes request metadata such as IP address, URL and user agent to deliver and protect the service. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to that processing.
Scanned PDFs
Stmt2Sheet does not send PDFs to any OCR service. An image-only PDF is rejected with a message and is not stored.
Checkout and paid plans
Paid plans are sold through Dodo. When you open checkout, Dodo's terms and privacy policy apply. Stmt2Sheet does not receive or store your card details. For a paid plan we store an access token, the plan, the page count used this period, the Dodo order and subscription IDs and the email Dodo sends with the payment. The token is kept in an HttpOnly s2s_plan cookie in your browser.
