What to compare

Bank statement converters differ on the file types they accept, the exports they produce, the pricing unit (pages, clients or users) and whether they are built for a bookkeeping workflow. The table below uses public pricing pages, checked 2026-10-29. Confirm the current price and terms on each provider's page before you buy.

How to choose

  • By volume. A page-based plan is simple for a solo bookkeeper; a client-based plan fits a firm that bills per client.
  • By exports. If you need QBO, check the provider's QuickBooks export. If you need Tally XML, check that specifically.
  • By file quality. Text PDFs are the easy case. Scans need OCR; ask what the provider uses and how it handles failures.
  • By review. A converter that shows the rows before export is easier to trust than one that sends a file straight to your ledger.
The prices above are the public list prices on the providers' pages on 2026-10-29. They can change; this page is a starting point, not a quote.
