A converter is a starting point. You review the rows before they reach a ledger.
The service
Stmt2Sheet converts bank and credit card statement PDFs into structured rows and export files. It is a data-extraction tool, not a bookkeeping, tax, audit or financial-advice service.
Your responsibilities
- You have the right to upload the statement you submit.
- You review the parsed rows before using them in a ledger, tax filing or financial decision.
- You keep the original statement and the exported file for your records.
Accuracy
Parsing depends on the PDF's text layer, layout and quality. The output may contain errors, including missing rows, misread amounts or wrong debit/credit placement. Review is required.
Acceptable use
Do not upload data you are not authorized to process, attempt to disrupt the service, or use the service to build a competing dataset by scraping. Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance or to obtain personal information you are not entitled to.
Third parties
Checkout is provided by Dodo. Their terms apply to their part of the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stmt2Sheet is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the output. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Changes

Can I use it for client work?
Yes, subject to these terms and the plan's page allowance.
