Credit Card Statement to Excel
Purchases, refunds and payments in one reviewable table.
Ready.

Your PDF is processed in memory and discarded after the response. We do not store statements.
Credit card rows
Purchases appear in the Debit column, refunds and payments in Credit, and the running balance in Balance. The Amount column is signed so you can total the period in one formula.
Refunds and payments
A refund is not a purchase. Check that the parser put it on the credit side, especially if the statement uses parentheses or a separate credit column.
Reconcile the card
Compare the row count and the closing balance with the statement. Add a category column and match the rows against receipts or your expense tool.
Scanned statements
Text-based credit card PDFs parse directly. Image-only scans are not supported; download the statement from your card issuer's site.
Questions
Can I use the same export for a business card?
Yes. The rows are the same; categorize them for the business account after download.
Are payments shown as credits?
Payments and refunds should appear on the credit side. Check the preview.
Can I import the file into accounting software?
Use CSV or QBO for imports; XLSX is for review and reconciliation.
What if the statement is a scan?
Scans are not supported. Download the text-based PDF from your card issuer instead.
