Bank Statement to QBO
A bank statement file for the QuickBooks import screen.
Ready.

Your PDF is processed in memory and discarded after the response. We do not store statements.
What the QBO file contains
The export is an OFX 1.0.2 (QBO) document with a bank statement transaction list: posting date, amount, description, transaction type and a generated fit ID. It also includes the statement's closing ledger balance when one was parsed.
Import and review
Import the QBO file through QuickBooks' bank statement import, then review the transactions in the bank feed. Match transfers, fix categories and confirm the opening and closing balances before you reconcile.
Account mapping
The file uses a placeholder bank account identifier. QuickBooks asks you to choose the account during import; select the account that matches the statement. Do not import the same statement twice.
What QBO will not do
It does not categorize transactions for you, and it does not replace the bank's official statement. It is a transport format for the rows parsed from the PDF.
Questions
Is QBO the same as OFX?
QBO is the QuickBooks variant of OFX. The export is an OFX 1.0.2 document with the .qbo extension.
Does it work with QuickBooks Online and Desktop?
Both accept QBO/OFX bank statement files, but the import screens differ by edition. Confirm the workflow for your version.
Are the transactions categorized?
No. Categorize and match them in QuickBooks after import.
What if a row is missing?
Check the preview before export. A non-standard table may need a quick manual correction.
